These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mixgateway.io and related Services provided by the operator of mixgateway.io ("we", "us"). By creating an account, using our API, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide an AI API gateway and related tools. Features, models, availability, and pricing may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and our acceptable use expectations. Without limitation, you must not: attempt to breach security; interfere with other customers; use the Services to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content at scale in violation of law; resell or redistribute the Services in a way that violates our policies; or misuse third-party AI providers' terms that apply to your usage.

Fees, credits, subscriptions, taxes, and refunds are described on our pricing and billing pages and in separate order confirmations. Late or failed payments may result in suspension. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable amounts.

The Services, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services. Feedback you provide may be used without obligation to you.

The Services may depend on third-party models and infrastructure. Their terms and policies may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD 50), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we designate in a country-specific addendum, or where none is stated, by the laws applicable to the operating entity of mixgateway.io, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
